Quality
ILE's know very
well that quality is the life of the company. We set up the Quality
Administration System with reference to ISO 9000 and GMP medicine
management regulation.
 Besides
test control, variation control and difference dealing, which are
emphasized in GMP, ILE strengthens management methods like process
control, PDCA cycling, internal audit, we also take attention to
customer's comment on product as a criteria to measure the quality
improvement.
Employees at all level in Quality Department have
the clear responsibilities of their own, specifying personnel, in
relation to production quality activity, closely on the quality
monitoring network. All the production process, storage and
transportation are under the dynamic quality monitoring network so
as to eliminate potential problems, assure that the process meets
the GMP standard and improve the Quality Assurance System gradually.
In Quality Department, modernized lab equipped
with precision instruments to meet the product testing requirement.
PDCA: P for Plan; D for Do; C for Check and A for
Action. In ILE, this is an endless quality improvement cycle of our
Quality management.
ILE establishes Quality Management throughout the
whole manufacturing processes and improves the quality performance
by using the on-site real time monitoring network. The Company
performs regular internal audit and review & evaluate the
implementation of the Company Quality management System
periodically.
